By accessing or using Guestlumo, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the chat.
1. About the service
Guestlumo is a virtual assistant designed to make information about accommodations and stays easier to access. The host may provide the service through administrative access or a temporary link sent to the guest.
2. AI-generated responses
Responses are generated automatically and may contain errors or incomplete or outdated information. Confirm any important information directly with the host, especially access instructions, safety, schedules, charges, and emergencies. The chat is not a substitute for professional assistance or emergency services.
3. Permitted use
You agree to use the service lawfully and only in connection with the accommodation or stay. Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access, bypass restrictions, disrupt the application, submit malicious content, or use third-party data without authorization.
4. Guest links
A guest link is personal and temporary. Do not share it with unauthorized people. Access may expire or be blocked by the administrator, including before the stay ends when necessary for security reasons.
5. Data processed
To operate and improve the service, we may process data provided in the chat, conversation records, the name associated with the access, accommodation details, activity dates and times, device type, browser, and technical session identifiers. The observability dashboard does not record IP addresses. Data must be used only for operation, security, support, and service monitoring.
6. Availability and liability
The service may be temporarily unavailable and its features may change. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Guestlumo and the person responsible for the accommodation do not guarantee that every automated response will be accurate or suitable for a particular purpose.
7. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated to reflect changes to the service or legal requirements. The current version will always be the version published on this page together with its update date.
